| 摘 要： | 通过对透明绝缘件成型时存在气泡、收缩变形、尺寸不稳定的问题分析，指出了产生问题的根源，提出了相应的改进措施，并有针对性地设计出了具有冷料穴机构的模具，成功地解决了气泡、收缩变形、尺寸不稳定等成型缺陷问题，并且实现了自动脱模。不仅保证了产品质量，同时也最大限度地节约了成本。

| Abstract: | By means of analyzing the insulation＇ s bug of air bubble, shrink, and insecure dimension, it pointed out the reason and the amelioration, and designed the mold with pertinence cooling cavity. It resolved the bug and achieved automatic eject. It guaranteed the quietly and economize farthest. |
