| Abstract: | The layout of fridge grounding pin, rational joint-edge process of products outline, multi-position bending forming method to prevent from material rebound, as well as small punching critical points and rational die structure are introduced. By a specific instance of multi-working position progressive die design for this part, critical process design points are analyzed, and the working principle of grounding pin die is stated in detail. |
