This paper is to introduce the drawing and forming characters for outer automobile parts and the areas for easily surface defections, analyze the points which should be given attention during formation of these areas surrounding handle. And also it also gives suggestions to have improvement during NC program, NC milling and some little adjustment by bench workers.The key lies in the important aspects analysis during process and refined die surface design. And it gives statement for main reasons of shadow defection of handle arrears formation in high alloy blank.
