摘 要: | H13钢是应用广泛的热作模具钢品种,我国H13模具钢性能与一些发达国家相比,存在较大差距,等向性能差距尤为明显。分析了影响H13钢凝固组织的主要因素,介绍了化学成分优化的方向和细化其组织的主要手段,讨论了变质处理、电脉冲、流变铸造等新工艺在控制凝固组织中的机理。同时探讨了H13钢研究过程中存在的问题以及发展趋势。

Abstract: | H13 steel is widely used in hot die steel. Compared with some developed countries, isotropic property of H13 steel is lagging behind. Main factors influencing solidification microstructure of H13 steel is analysed. The direction in optimized chemical component, as well as main measures used to refine microstructure, are introduced.New technologies such as modification, electrical impulses, rheocasting are introduced and the mechanism in controlling solidification microstructure. Questions in studying on H 13 and developing trends are investigated. |
