| 摘 要： | 利用Pro/E对微齿轮制件进行建模并加以分析,设计出一副应用于微注射齿轮加工的模具.结构上利用型腔镶块,模板材料上选用透气钢解决了微齿轮加工中排气的难点,四杆机构的使用合理地避免了顶出过程中有可能产生的缺陷.
