摘    要:现代化高速宽幅铝板带冷轧机变形区工艺润滑条件苛刻,易引起轧制过程不稳定,轧后表面出现垂直于轧向的"横纹"缺陷。为此,本文从理论上分析缺陷的成因,发现高速宽幅轧机变形区面积平均增加了50%,摩擦路径变长,工艺润滑面积变大。通过四球摩擦磨损试验,调整轧制油添加剂,使油膜强度达290N。进行工业试验,轧制油能适应现代化轧机变形区特点,彻底消除了轧件表面的"横纹"缺陷,轧制过程稳定。

Abstract:The lubricant working condition of deforming zone was worsen off since modern wide in width working-roll and high-speed cold-rolling mill was used.As a result,the quality of products was harmfully affected and the transverse marking that perpendicular to rolling direction was formed because of unstable rolling process.The cause of defect was analyzed from theoretic in this paper,to find that the area of deforming zone increased by 50%,friction patch tended to be longer and the area that needed to be lubricated tended to be larger.To solve this problem,new tgpe of additives were manufactured and the tribological properties were examined by four-ball friction,to find that film strength reached to 290N.When new additives were used in industrial test with the condition of large tonnage,high speed and wide in width working-roll,new additives adapted well to the deforming zone,not only rolling process went well but also the transverse marking was completely eliminated.
