摘    要:本文介绍了针对铝电解生产操作开发的残极烟气收集系统,并对残极烟气收集系统内热残极的温度变化过程以及氟化物的排放规律进行了测试。结果表明,残极烟气收集系统有效的加快了热残极的冷却速度,在强制冷却的状态下,每小时降温70~80℃,4h可降温至300℃左右。同时,残极烟气收集系统降低了电解车间氟化物的无组织排放,4h收集氟化物约50~70g。建议延长强制冷却时间至8h,减少残极从电解槽至残极烟气收集系统的转运时间,开发转运过程的减排措施,以得到更好的氟化物减排效果。

Abstract:This paper introduced the anode butts flue gas collection system for aluminum reduction process.The temperature change and fluoride emission rules of hot anode butts in the anode butts flue gas collection system were investigated.The results showed that anode butts flue gas collection system can effectively accelerate the cooling speed of hot anode butts.Under the condition of forced cooling,the temperature was reduced to about 300℃ within 4 hours at a speed of 70?80℃ per hour.Meanwhile,the anode butts flue gas collection system reduced the unorganized emission of fluorides in the alu-minum pot room,with about 50?70 g fluoride collected within 4 hours.It is recommended to extend the forced cooling time to 8 hours,shorten the anode butts transfer time from pots to the anode butts flue gas collection system and develop measures to control emission during the transfer process,so as to achieve better fluoride reduction effect.
