| 摘 要： | 本文通过建立沉降槽耙机刮料的数学模型，推导出计算沉降槽耙机功率的公式，并根据氧化铝厂各种规格及不同物料的沉降槽运行参数，确定出氧化铝厂沉降槽不同物料的载荷系数，从而绕过了诸如摩擦系数等众多难以测定的参数，找到一种实际上可操作的，基本上反映现场实际的沉降槽耙机功率计算公式。

| Abstract: | The paper derives the formula to calculate the power of sludge raking device with the help of the mathematic model of raking working for the thickener and determines the load factor of different material in thickener based on the running parameters of thickener with different specifications and materials in alumina refinery. Therefore, a formula to calculate the power of raking device of practical thickener is set up, which is operable, without many tough parameters such as friction factor. |
