氧化铝陶瓷内衬复合钢管在稀相气力输送中的应用

摘    要:本文简述了目前电解铝厂普遍采用普通钢管用于稀相输送的状况。同时根据氧化铝陶瓷内衬复合钢管的性能以及在气力输送方面的实际运用,认为采用氧化铝陶瓷内衬复合钢管代替普通钢管能大大提高管路的寿命,降低输送系统的运行和维护成本,有很高的实用价值。

Abstract:The paper briefly reviews the status of common steel pipe for dilute phase pneumatic conveying in present aluminum smelters and finds its shortcoming.Steel-alumina ceramics composite pipe has the advantage performance in long service life and low cost of operating and maintenance and its practical application for pneumatic conveying.So it is regarded that it is useful and feasible to take steel-alumina ceramics composite pipe instead of common steel pipe.
