| 摘 要： | 对ＳｉＣ增强的铝基复合材料中Ａｌ／ＳｉＣ界面结合机制的研究现状进行了综述，着重分析了Ａｌ／ＳｉＣ体系的直接结合机制和界面反应结合机制，讨论了ＳｉＣ表面ＳｉＯ２层对界面反应和界面结合状态的影响。

| Abstract: | The interfacial bonding mechanism in the Al/SiC composites is reviewed,and more attention is paid to the direct bonding mechanism and interfacial reaction bonding mechanism.The effects of SiO 2 layer on the surface of SiC on the interfacial reaction and interfacial structure are discussed. |
