摘    要:以室温抗压强度为指标,通过正交试验,确定硼-铝-镁复合磷酸盐粘结剂的较优配方,同时为满足抗吸湿性,对该配方进行改进,获得了最终配方。性能测试结果表明,该复合磷酸盐粘结剂具有较高的室温抗压强度和良好的抗吸湿性。

Abstract:The superior formula of B-Al-Mg compound phosphate foundry binder has been studied by applying orthogonal experiment.The target of orthogonal experiment is to get high room temperature compressive strength of core or sand mold.Considering another performance,the anti-moisture absorption,the final formula was obtained by improving the superior formula.Tests show that the no-bake sand bonded by this kind of compound phosphate binder has high room temperature compressive strength and good anti-moisture absorption.
