摘    要:以某客车座椅钢制固定扶手为原型,为解决其结构复杂和制造工序繁琐的问题,并达到轻量化设计目标,选用密度较小的铝合金材料ACD12来替换并进行结构优化;最后用三维软件Pro/E中的EMX插件对优化后的结构设计了一套压铸模具.在模具设计时选择最大截面为分型面,采用侧抽芯机构,在金属液的末端均匀开设溢流槽.该设计对实际生产具有一定的指导意义.

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of complex structure and complicated manufacturing process and achieve the target of lightweight,choosing a fixed steel armrest of a bus as prototype,the aluminum alloy material ZL104 was selected to replace the original steel material and the structure optimization was achieved.The mold for die casting was designed by Pro/E software.The maximum cross-section was chosen as the parting plate and a mechanism of side pulling of core was chosen.Overflow tanks were set up at the end...
