| 摘 要： | 在试验基础上，对碳化硅颗粒增强铝基复合材料搅拌铸造工艺中的４个关键问题进行了研究，提出了相应的解决方法，优化了工艺参数。在此基础上，制备出了颗粒分布均匀、组织致密、性能较理想的ＳｉＣｐ／Ａｌ复合材料，对复合材料制备工艺的实际应用具有指导意义。

| Abstract: | Four key problems of stir mixing process of SiCp/Al composites have been investigated experimently in this paper. The resolution and optimised process parameters have been proposed. The SiCp/Al composites which processes well distributed Sic partiels, fine microstructures and good properties were fabricated by the optimized process. |
