| Abstract: | The numerical simulation in solidification processing of continuous casting is introduced briefly. The development of numerical simulation in mold zone is summarized emphatically for the fluid field, temperature field and coupled flow, heat transfer and solidification in continuous casting, separately. The numerical simulation of new types of continuous casting technology is also introduced. Finally, the development of numerical simulation in continuous casting is expected. |
