| Abstract: | Liquid metal modification has developed to be one of the cutting-edges in the study of solidification control for the metallurgy improvement and the investigation of material science.In this paper,the fundamental and the common methods on liquid metal modification are briefly summarized.The effects of liquid metal modification on the solidification structure under diverse external fields are highlighted.Moreover,the industrial application prospects of these technologies are discussed. |
