| 摘 要： | 通过对原工艺系统和质量状况的分析,针对缩孔和渣砂眼缺陷产生原因,采用分层浇注系统和冒口颈补贴、增加过滤器等措施进行相应整改;采用华铸CAE软件进行充型、凝固模拟,并根据模拟结果优化浇注系统,使灰轶压盘铸件合格率提高到了93%以上.

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the original casting technology and quality conditions of castings,the corresponding corrections were made for eliminating the shrinkage and slag-sand inclusion by means of using layering gating system and riser neck pad,and increase filters etc.Based on the simulation results of Intercast CAE software on the filling and solidification,the gating system was optimized.Finally,the qualified rate of grey pressure plate castings have been improved and reached to above 93%. |
