摘    要:以HT300为基材,以WC颗粒作为增强颗粒,通过V-EPC铸渗工艺制备出铁基表面复合耐磨材料,铸件复合层厚度为3 mm.尺寸精度研究结果表明:复合位置为底面时尺寸精度最高,复合位置为侧面时较差,顶面时最差.随着WC体积分数的减小,尺寸精度有所提高.

Abstract:With V-EPC casting-penetrating technologies, WC particles reinforced HT300 iron matrix surface-layer composites were successfully gained. Casting composite laver is even and firm with thickness about 3mm. On casting-penetrating process, composites with the better surface quality will be gained by using PVA and not using NaF. The dimension precision study indicate when position of pouring is at the bottom of casting, the dimension precision is good, when at the side face of casting, the dimension precision is average, and when at the top of casting, the dimension precision is difference. At the same time, the dimension precision increases with diminution of WC volume fraction.
