板坯表面纵裂的成因分析及控制措施

摘    要:为了提高连铸板坯质量,结合临汾钢铁公司实际生产数据,对连铸板坯表面纵裂纹的形成原因和影响因素进行了分析。结果表明:中间包、结晶器液面的波动是板坯产生纵裂的根源,而含硫量和浇注温度的偏高、拉速的不稳定以及结晶器锥度的不合理等因素加速了裂纹的扩展。提出了控制连铸板坯表面纵裂纹的措施。

Abstract:In order to improve the slab quality, the formation causes and influencing factors of surface longitudinal crack of slab were analyzed combining with practical production data in Linfen Steel and iron Group Ltd. The results showed that the level fluctuation in tundish and mould is origih of surface longitudinal crack of slab. Meanwhile, higher sulphur content and casting temperature, nonstabilized draving speed and unreasonable mould taper accelerate the crack propagation. The corresponding control measures about surface longitudinal crack of slab have been proposed.
