| 摘 要： | 介绍高效环保球化剂在复相球墨铸铁磨球生产中的应用情况 ;使用该球化剂 ,采用一次出铁球化处理工艺 ,不需要稻草覆盖 ,烟尘、镁光明显减少 ,改善了车间作业环境 ;球化剂用量比普通球化剂减少 10 %,石墨球化级别提高 1个等级 ,具有明显技术经济效益。

| Abstract: | The application condition of high efficient environment protection in nodular iron grinding ball is introduced. With primary iron spheroidization technology, and no rice straws, no cigarette ashes, and no magnesium element, the used quantity of spheroidizer has been reduced by 10%, and the graphite spheroidial degree has been raised by one grade. |
