| 摘 要： | 采用KSL1600X高温箱式炉作为熔炼设备，SiC强化石墨坩埚为容器，熔炼碳素工具钢，升温至熔化温度保温所需时间，经对钢液处理后再置于炉中保温，取出坩埚浇注钢液。制作特殊的操作工具，可以方便地完成碳素工具钢的熔炼和浇注。该方法适用于实验室熔炼少量钢铁合金的研究工作。

| Abstract: | High carbon tool steel was melted in the KSL1600X high temperature box furnace, in which the SiC reinforced graphite crucible was used as a container. When the steel was melted, the molten steel was hold for some time. Subsequently, the molten steel was treated and put back into the furnace holding for a certain time, and final casting. It is convenient to realize the melting and casting of carbon tool steel with the specific operation tool. |
