摘    要:镁合金在汽车工业、电子工业及民用各个领域具有广泛的应用前景。本文总结了镁合金半固态压铸、真空压铸等压铸新技术的发展;对压铸机选择、工艺参数设置、浇注系统设计等压铸关键技术进行了分析,并提出只有在熔炼技术与压铸技术结合方面进一步完善,才能进一步扩大镁合金压铸的应用领域。

Abstract:Magnesium alloys have wide prospects in the automotive industry, electronic industry and civilian industry products, The progress of die casting technology of magnesium alloys, such as semi-solid die casting, vacuum die casting etc, is introduced. The key techniques of die-casting including choosethe machine of die-casting, design of the processing parameters and pouring system are analyzed. It is proposed that the good combination of melting and die-casting techniques should be improved in order to expand its application of die-casting for magnesium alloys.
