碲在灰铸铁受压件中的合理应用

摘    要:在天然气压缩机高强度灰铸铁HT300缸体、缸盖等受压件受压部位的非加工面,采用刷碲涂料的方法解决渗漏问题,但必须注意碲在高温溶入铸铁中,对铸铁力学性能的不利影响.论述了碲元素含量及浇注温度对铸件石墨形态和抗拉强度的影响.实验和生产实践表明,在熔炼时最好不加刷过碲粉的回炉料,对于含有碲涂料的受压件,一定要严格控制浇注温度,以确保铸件的强度.

Abstract:Brush the tellurium paint method to solve the leakage problem in the non-machined surface of the pressure on natural gas compressor of high strength gray cast iron HT300 cylinder,cylinder head compression parts,must pay attention to the tellurium in the high-temperature integrated into the cast iron,cast iron mechanicalthe adverse impact of the performance.This article discusses the impact of the tellurium metals content and pouring temperature on the casting of graphite morphology and tensile strength.Experimental and production practices that the best without of tellurium powderwhen melting,for the containing tellurium coatings compression,we must strictly control the pouring temperature to ensure that the strength of the casting.
