摘    要:温度控制系统硬件由工控机、采温模块、模拟量输出卡、热电偶组成.以PI算法作为控制方式,使用Visual Basic6.0作为开发工具.实验证明,温度控制系统可在3 min内逼近设定目标,达到平衡后,误差<0.8%,能满足热加工工艺的需要.

Abstract:A temperature-controlling system for high-frequency inductive-heating equipment is developed. The hardware consists of industrial personal computer, temperature data collecting module, analog output card and thermocouples. With Visual Basic6.0 as a development platform, the software is based on control algorithm. The experiments show that the temperature-controlling system can reach to setting target in 3 minutes. After balance the controlling error is smaller than 0.8% and easily to meet the need of hot-working processes.
