摘    要:针对放电烧蚀加工中水-氧气介质易导致工件表面产生锈蚀的问题,采用添加一定比例的尿素进行单脉冲放电试验,发现在尿素溶液-氧气介质下的放电坑直径相对水-氧气较小,且加工件表面无明显锈蚀痕迹,论证了尿素溶液不仅能够压缩放电通道、改善加工状态,也能缓解工件锈蚀的问题。通过水和不同浓度尿素溶液的防锈蚀试验表明,在水中添加适当比例的尿素可以提高材料去除率,虽然电极损耗有所增加,但工件表面质量有所提高,表面微裂纹、气孔等缺陷明显减少,同时能够减缓加工过程中工件表面的锈蚀。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem that the water-oxygen medium in discharge ablation process is easy to cause corrosion on the surface of the workpiece,a single pulse discharge test was carried out by adding a certain proportion of urea.It was found that the diameter of the discharge pit machined by the urea solution-oxygen medium was smaller than that of water-oxygen,and there is no obvious trace of corrosion on the surface of the workpiece.The test proved that the urea solution can not only compress the discharge channel and improve the state of processing state,but also alleviate the problem of workpiece surface corrosion.The anti-corrosion tests of water and different concentrations of urea solutions showed that adding a proper proportion of urea in water can increase the material removal rate.Although the relative electrode wear rate increased,the surface quality of the workpiece machined by urea solution got improved,and defects such as surface microcracks and pores significantly reduced.At the same time,it can slow down the surface corrosion of the workpiece during the machining process.
