| 摘 要： | 基于旋转电极丝的加工机理，提出了一种新型的电火花线切割机结构形式——立式自旋转电火花线切割机。阐述了一种同时实现电极丝旋转、排丝和恒张力控制的结构，并通过理论分析介绍了实现恒张力控制的原理。
