摘    要:基于多喷头的细胞受控组装技术,是快速成形技术与组织工程的交叉创新,是制备人体损伤组织器官替代物的重要途径。喷头的启停响应是其中的关键技术之一,与挤出单元的弹性形变密切相关。构建多喷头细胞组装试验系统,并对挤出过程进行了分析和试验验证。采用分段温度控制减小挤压力和弹性形变,并通过在启停过程中进行弹性形变的补偿-释放控制,有效地减小了启停挤出过程的响应延迟和流涎量,保证了多种细胞的受控组装成形精度。
