摘    要:在考虑摩擦面上环向摩擦力对摩擦焊接过程影响的基础上,建立了连续驱动摩擦焊接过程的三维刚塑性热力耦合有限元模型。计算了GH4169合金棒材连续驱动摩擦焊接过程中的瞬态温度场、应力场及变形场,预测了焊件轴向缩短量。采用热电偶测温技术对摩擦焊接头外表面焊接过程的温度变化进行了实时测量,并测量了飞边形状和轴向缩短量。结果表明,摩擦焊接头的温度场、飞边形状和轴向缩短量的计算结果和实验结果吻合较好。模型有助于制定合理的焊接工艺规范。

Abstract:A 3-D rigid-plastic thermo-mechanical coupled finite element (FE) model of continuous-drive friction welding process was developed.In the model,the tangential frictional-force in the friction interface was considered. The transient temperature field,stress field,deformation field,and the axial shortening during the continuous-drive friction welding process of GH4169 rod were calculated using this model. The thermal cycle on the surface of friction welding joint was measured by means of thermocouples. The flash shape and the axial shortening of the welding joint were also measured. The results showed that the simulation results of temperature,deformation,and the axial shortening were in good agreement with the experimental ones. The proposed model is helpful to formulate the well-worked-out specification of friction welding.
