摘    要:基于Siemens NX平台的几何关联和参数关联技术,采用UG/OPEN API开发了汽车覆盖件冲压成形同步仿真系统FASTAMP_NX,该系统实现了CAE分析模型与产品工艺方案CAD模型的同步更新,避免了CAD/CAE之间数据转换导致曲面丢失和精度损失问题,解决了设计频繁变更时CAE重复建模的问题,实现了真正意义上的同步仿真,以某汽车发动机后挡板件的实体拉深筋拉延成形模拟及工艺方案改进为实例,验证了该系统的有效性和实用性。

Abstract:To avoid the surface loss and accuracy loss between CAD/CAE model transformation and design change in current CAD software which leads to iterative construction of the CAE analysis model,a synchronous simulation system FASAMP_NX for automobile panel forming was developed with geometric association and parameter association based on Siemens NX platform by using UG/OPEN API,with FASAMP_NX,the synchronous updating of the CAE and the CAD model of process scheme was achieved.The drawing process of an automobile engine tailgate based on real drawbead was then simulated and the process scheme was improved.The results verified the validity of the synchronous simulation.
