高光液晶前壳翘曲变形分析与工艺参数智能优化

摘    要:以减小高光液晶前壳翘曲变形量为优化目标,基于数值模拟和正交试验获得试验数据,并通过分析得出各工艺参数在高光注射成型中对翘曲变形的影响趋势及影响显著性顺序,采用神经网络与遗传算法相结合的智能优化技术,对工艺参数进行优化,最终在指定参数区域内获得最佳成型工艺组合。优化结果经CAE模拟和实验验证,效果良好,可以有效地减小高光制品的翘曲变形,提高制品的成型质量。
