摘    要:介绍了一种可用于夹紧或吸附工件的电永磁磁极结构,及其充磁、退磁的工作原理。对电永磁磁极进行了建模和有限元分析,计算了磁极的磁吸附力。模拟分析了磁极在充磁和退磁后的磁场分布情况,以及铷铁硼磁体、铝镍钴磁钢等的磁感应强度。分析了影响磁场强度的主要因素,并给出设计参数的选取方法或建议。有限元计算得到的磁吸附力与实验测试数据相吻合,表明,采用电永磁建立的吸盘可以满足压力机上的模具夹紧力要求。

Abstract:A structure of permanent-electromagnet poles for clamping the workpiece and its principle were introduced.Modeling and finite element analysis were made and the clamping force of the pole was calculated.The distribution of magnetic field of the pole and the magnetic induction intensity of Nd-Fe-B magnets,Alnico magnets and other magnets after magnetization and demagnetization were simulated by FEM.The main factors affecting the magnetic field strength were analyzed and the methods or suggestions for selecti...
