缩径过程中的壁厚变化实验

摘    要:对缩径工艺进行实验,研究了缩径过程中壁厚分布以及最大轴向力的变化规律。实验中选取不同的管坯直径,获取了不同的缩径系数。通过分析变形区内壁厚变化规律,特别是最终壁厚变化规律,确定了最大缩径力以及极限缩径系数。为验证理论计算结果的准确性,对实验结果与理论计算结果进行了比较。结果表明,增量理论的计算结果更加接近实验结果。

Abstract:Through experimental study of necking process,thickness changes and maximum axial stress during the process were investigated.Different necking coefficients were achieved by using tubes of different diameters.In the experimental study,thickness changes in deformation zone were analyzed,especially for the final thickness changes.The maximum necking force and the limit necking coefficient were investigated.The results of experimental study and calculation were compared to verify the accuracy of calculated results.It shows that the calculation results based on incremental theory is more closer to the experimental results.
