F35MnVN非调质钢动态再结晶模型

摘    要:采用Gleeble-3800热模拟实验机,对F35MnVN非调质钢进行单道次压缩实验,获得不同变形条件下的流动应力-应变曲线。通过所获得的应力-应变曲线,间接计算出动态再结晶百分数离散的多个点,由Marquardt法确定模型系数,得出F35MnVN非调质钢动态再结晶百分数模型。通过金相实验,获得热模拟实验后试样的晶粒尺寸,通过线性回归得出晶粒尺寸模型,实验所得数据点线性相关性较好。该模型可用于材料热变形过程中的数值模拟,以改善热加工工艺参数。

Abstract:Single pass compression experiments for F35MnVN non-quenched and tempered steel were carried out on Gleeble-3800 thermal simulation machine and flow stress-strain curves were obtained under different deformation conditions.With the obtained stress-strain curves,multiple discrete points of percentage dynamic recrysallization were figured out indirectly.Model coefficients were determined by Marquardt method,and the percentage dynamic recrystallization model of the F35MnVN non-quenched and tempered steel was obtained.Through metallographic experiments,the grain size of thermal simulation experiment specimens was achieved,and the model of grain size was obtained through linear regression.Experimental data achieved have a good linear correlation.The model can be used for numerical simulation of materials during hot deformation to improve the thermal processing parameters.
