楔横轧多楔成形等直径轴类件内部疏松的理论与实验研究

摘    要:利用有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA,对楔横轧多楔成形等直径轴进行了数值模拟与分析。根据轧制过程中特征点的应力变化规律,确定了楔横轧多楔轧件内部容易发生疏松的位置是在靠近外楔起楔的中心区域,并分析了多楔轧件内部出现疏松的原因。通过轧制实验对轧件内部疏松进行了研究,实验结果和模拟结果吻合。研究结果为楔横轧多楔精密成形长轴类零件时减少轧件内部疏松提供了理论指导。

Abstract:Equal diameter axis formed in Multi-wedge cross wedge rolling(MCWR)was numerically simulated and analyzed utilizing the finite element method(FEM)software ANSYS/LS-DYNA.The conclusion was obtained that the internal loose defect of workpiece takes place generally in the center of workpiece near side wedge knifing zone,which is based on vary rule of characteristic nodes' stress in rolling process.The reason that the internal defects of MCWR workpiece occur in near side wedge knifing zone was expounded.The simulated results are in agreement with experimental ones well.This result has important guide meaning for reducing internal defect of workpiece in forming long-axle parts with MCWR.
