半固态AlSi7Mg合金挤压成形的刚-粘塑性有限元模拟

摘    要:在半固态金属成形过程中, 金属流动机制的预测是非常重要的。由于影响半固态金属成形特性的因素很多, 故相当复杂。本文中, 利用自行开发的半固态金属触变成形装置和六指形模具进行的触变成形实验的结果, 并采用半固态AlSi7Mg合金在不同温度下建立的刚 粘塑性本构关系, 应用 DEFORMTM商用软件进行了模拟计算与实验条件相同的变形过程。由模拟计算与实验结果相比较可知, 模拟结果与实验结果基本吻合。

Abstract:During semi-solid metal forming processes, prediction of the metal flow is an important issue. Unfortunately, the constitutive behavior of semi-solid metal is quite complex and depends on many factors. In this paper, the experimental results made on the semi-solid metal thixoforming apparatus that witch developed by ourselves and on the die with six rectangular orifices of different dimensions were compared with the simulation results calculated through DEFORM TM software, and the behavior of semi-solid AlSi7Mg alloy was performed using the rigid-viscoplastic constitutive model. The simulation results and the experimental results showed good agreements.
