摘    要:在对多点成形板类件自由曲面展开算法研究的基础上,从理论上分析了引起板类件自由曲面展开尺寸误差的原因。并以球形曲面片为例,从3方面进行了其展开尺寸误差分析———曲面离散误差分析、四边形网格形状误差分析以及由基点带来的累积误差分析。

Abstract:Based on the research of unwrapped arithmetic of multi-point forming workpiece surface, the unwrapped dimension tolerance resulted from it has been analyzed in theory. Furthermore, as a sphere surface piece for example, the unwrapped dimension tolerance analysis has been proceeded from three point-surface discrete tolerance analysis, quadrilateral mesh shape tolerance analysis and accumulative tolerance analysis resulted from base point.
