固体颗粒介质的传压性能实验研究

摘    要:介绍了固体颗粒介质成形新工艺。测试分析了钢球作为固体颗粒传压介质的压力分布及压头锥角对压力分布的影响规律。实验实测表明,钢球作为固体颗粒介质其传压性能稳定;钢球承压能力强,可反复使用。在成形过程中,可以通过调节压力分布对材料的流动进行有效控制,使管材在最有利的受力条件下成形,提高管坯成形极限和成形性能。

Abstract:In this paper, the tube precision-forming new technology using solid granules medium is introduced briefly. The pressure distribution curve and the influence of the angle of head are tested and analyzed using steel ball qua solid granules pressure-carrying medium through experiments.The experimental results indicate that solid granules medium carry pressure steadily, can bear very high pressure and can be used repeatedly. In the forming process, the technology can effectively control flow of the forming material by regulating pressure distribution, and materials can be formed under the most favorable pressure condition, which improves the forming limit and formability.
