基于静力等效的喷丸工艺数值模拟

摘    要:根据喷丸过程的特点,用静力等效的方法对喷丸强化工艺进行数值模拟,避免了动态显式算法中计算结果的不稳定。分析弹丸与工件之间的平均接触应力的变化规律,对喷丸过程中的不同阶段进行划分,推导了等效载荷的表达式。考虑到弹坑分布对于残余应力的影响,开发了弹坑阵列模型,结果表明,弹坑阵列模型预测的残余应力分布与实际情况相符。
