圆柱直齿轮精锻成形工艺仿真及试验

摘    要:圆柱直齿轮精锻是一种极具开发前景的新工艺、新技术,坯料经过塑性成形获得完整的齿形,且齿面无需后续加工或仅需少许精加工即可满足使用要求。以齿数为18,模数为2.5的带孔小齿轮为例,基于浮动凹模原理,试验得到了精锻成形时金属的流动规律,结合利用有限元仿真软件DEFORM-3D数值模拟的结果,分析连皮位置的改变对圆柱直齿轮精锻成形过程的影响,获得了较佳的连皮位置,认为当冲孔连皮的位置处在成形齿轮件的中上部时,齿轮充填性较好;数值模拟结果也表明,摩擦、挤压速度、冲头圆角半径等参数对成形力有较大的影响。

Abstract:Precision forging of spur gear is a new forming process,in which tooth profile can be fully filled after plastic forming of the billet and the tooth surface need not be subsequently machined or need only a little finish-machining,so it's with tremendous developing foreground.A small gear with hole and with modulus being 2.5 and the number of teeth being 18 was taken as example.The metal flowing law in precision forging was obtained through experiments based on the principle of movable container.Optimum web ...
