宝钢No.3高炉炉壳孔洞应力弹性分析

摘    要:针对高炉炉壳各种复杂的开发及受力情况,结合宝钢No.3高炉炉壳开孔实例,建立相应的四种数学模型,利用美国ALGOR计算软件中的SSAPO计算模块,作有限元应力计算并进行孔洞弹性应力分析的讨论,以判断高炉开孔的安全可靠性。

Abstract:Four kinds of mathematical models suitable to various complex holes and stress on BF shell were built up according to the reality of shell openings on No 3 BF in Baosteel.The finite element calculation was performed by SSAPO model of ALGOR software,and the elastic stress distribution of hole opening was analyzed,therefore,the safety and reliability of the hole opening on BF could be judged.
