摘    要:用阳极氧化法制备多孔状的纳米晶二氧化钛薄膜 ,通过往阳极氧化的电解液中添加Fe3 使Fe3 进入二氧化钛薄膜中。研究了掺杂Fe3 对二氧化钛薄膜吸收光谱和光催化活性的影响 ,发现掺杂Fe3 使二氧化钛薄膜对入射光的吸收带边发生红移 ,讨论了其作用机制。

Abstract:The porous titanium dioxide film with nano crystalline was prepared by anodic oxidation of titanium, the different amount of Fe 3 in the film had been taken by adding the ferric ion into the electrolyte during anodic oxidation. The effect of different amount of Fe 3 dopant on the absorption spectra and the photo catalytic activity of the film was studied, it was showed that the Fe 3 dopant caused the red movement of the absorption edge for the incoming light. The mechanism was discussed.
