不同载荷下碳纤维增强碳基体复合材料的摩擦磨损性能

摘    要:在Falex摩擦磨损实验机上研究了碳纤维增强碳基体(C/C)复合材料在不同载荷下的摩擦磨损性能,且对摩擦表面进行了SEM观察和分析。研究结果表明:C/C复合材料的摩擦系数随着载荷的增大呈现出先增大后减小的趋势,而磨损量则随着载荷的增大,整体呈现出逐渐增大的趋势;在高载荷下表面形成的磨屑膜,是导致摩擦系数减小的原因之一;随着载荷的逐渐增大,C/C复合材料的磨损由磨粒磨损为主逐渐向粘着磨损为主转变。

Abstract:The friction and wear properties of carbon fibers reinforced carbon matrix(carbon/carbon) composites under different pressure were studied by using the Falex friction & wear test machine.In order to inquire into the wear mechanisms,the morphology of worn surfaces was observed through scanning electron microscopy.The result showed that with the increase of pressure,the coefficient of friction increased firstly,and then decreased,but the mass loss showed the increasing trend.The wear film formed under high pressure was helpful to the decrease of the coefficient of friction.With the increase of pressure,the wear behavior transferred from abrasion to adhesion wear.
