高温均匀化对H13钢强韧性的影响

摘    要:H13(4Cr5MoSiV1)钢是一种应用广泛的热模具网,富含Cr、Mo、V等碳化物形成元素,易形成大量碳化物,一次碳化物和偏析,并因此降低H13钢冲击韧性,采用扩散退火、超细化处理和软化处理手段,能消除一次碳化物,改善偏析,使二次碳化物呈球状均匀分布在铁素体基体上,从而显著提高钢的横向冲击韧性。试验结果表明,H13钢经高温均匀化,退火横向冲击功超过90J,淬回火态横向冲击功超过20J,其冲击功均较未处理的试样1倍以上,达到或接近Uddeholm8407s钢的水平(其冲击功分别为78J和23J)。

Abstract:H13 (4Cr5MoSiV1) steel,widely used for the hot working tools, was composed more of Cr,Mo and V elements which easily formed carbides,primary carbides and micro segregation,therefore,the impact toughness of H13 steel deteriorated.The transversal impact toughness value of the steel could be improved by the means of homogenization and appropriate preheat treatment to dissolve fully the primary carbides,to distribute homogeneously the carbon and other alloying elements,and to make the secondary carbides distribute on the ferrite matrix homogeneously.The test results showed that the impact toughness value of transversal direction of the annealed sample exceeded 90J and that of the quenched and tempered samples exceeded 20J,which both corresponded to the level of impact toughness of Uddeholm 8407s.
