摘    要:通过对临钢板坯产生三角区裂纹试样的分析,从生产工艺、设备等方面分析得出结晶器锥度、铸机开口度、钢中S含量、拉速以及浇注温度等因素是影响当前三角区裂纹的主要原因,并针对上述影响因素提出相应的控制措施。

Abstract:The influence factors of triangular area crack were studied by analyzing the triangular area crack in the samples of CC slab from Lin Steel Group. It was considered that the mould taper, caster open range, sulphur content of steel, casting rate and pouring temperature were the major influence factors on the formation of triangular area crack, some corresponding control measures were presented.
