直流电弧熔炼对渣/金反应的影响

摘    要:研究交流电弧和200A及320-350A的直流电弧(金属熔池为阳极)熔炼钢液时的渣/金反应。试验结果表明,直流电弧下钢中铬和锰的烧损加剧,比交流电弧下熔炼分别增加约90%和56%。电解引起的铬和锰的烧损量约占总烧损量的一半。电流增大时,碳和锰的烧损增加,但铬的烧损略有降低。

Abstract:Molten steel containing both manganese and chrome had been refined by the molten slag of CaO-SiO2FeO-MnO-Cr2O3-MgO System under AC arc and DC arc with 200A and 32D - 350A(steel bath as anode). The losses of manganese and chrome in metal under DC arc during melting were aggravated and they were about 56% and 90% respectively more than those under AC are. The losses of manganese and chrome caused by electrolysis were about half of all the losses. The losses of carbon and manganese increased as the current increased, however, the chrome loss reduced a little.
