摘    要:本文主要介绍了VC和Cr3C2的添加量对超细硬质合金的晶粒长大抑制效果,绘制出了VC和Cr3C2的含量与合金的硬度和横向断裂强度之间的三维关系图,从此三维图中可以直观、方便地找到获得硬质合金优良性能的抑制剂优化成分范围。

Abstract:This paper introduces the restraining effectiveness of the additive quantity of depressor VC and Cr3C2 on the crystal grain growth of the ultrafine cemented carbides. The 3D figure is drawn between the content of VC and Cr3C2, Rockwell hardness and the transverse rupture strength of ultrafine grained cemented carbides. We easily find out the majorized content of VC and Cr3C2 for the optimizational high hardness and high transverse rupture strength of the ultrafine grained cemented carbides.
