粘结相强化及其在辊环中的应用

低温轧制是近年钢铁企业发展线材轧制的一种新技术,强化粘结相是提高硬质合金辊环寿命的主要途径。本文从低温轧制对硬质合金辊环质量的新要求入手,综述了硬质合金辊环材料中添加合金元素强化粘结相的机理,并针对硬质合金辊环的使用工况特点,重点对Al、Ni、Cr元素强化粘结相的机理分别进行了分析。最后阐述了γ′-相强化粘结相在硬质合金辊环上的应用前景,并指出粘结相强化进一步的发展集中在解决γ′-相的室温脆性和烧结体致密化问题及建立室温下评价材料性能的指标体系。

Reinforcement of Binder Phase and Its Application in Carbide Rolls
