热喷涂技术制备纳米涂层的研究现状

摘    要:目前热喷涂技术在军事装备、交通运输、航空、机械等领域已经获得了广泛的应用,但由于传统热喷涂涂层在耐磨损与耐腐蚀性能方面存在着一些不足,导致传统涂层出现使用寿命较低等问题,热喷涂纳米涂层为更有效解决上述问题开辟了新途径。本文介绍了制备纳米涂层的各种超音速热喷涂技术及近来研究进展,并对超音速喷涂技术的发展前景做了展望。

Abstract:Thermal spray technology have been widely used in military arms, transportation and airplane as well as machines field. However, some deficiencies in abrasion and corrosion resistance lead to the low life of traditional thermal spray coating. Nanostruetured coating produced by thermal spraying technology has opened up a new way for a more effective solution to the above question. Various thermal spraying techniques of nanostruetured coating and research progress in recent years are introduced in this paper. Finally, the future developments of supersonic speed thermal spray technology are prospected.
