Ti(C_xN_(1-x))粉末SHS工艺研究

摘    要:对Ti(C,N)粉末的高温自蔓延合成工艺做了较系统的试验研究,研究了钛粉及碳黑品种、成分配比;压坯密度;氮气压力等因素对高温自蔓延合成过程及产品性能的影响。结果表明:钛粉粒度对SHS过程影响很大。碳黑种类对反应产物状态(孔隙、游离碳)也有明显的影响。破黑的加入量增加,产物的碳含量也增加,而氮含量则相应减少。随着压坯密度的增加,燃烧波蔓延速度减少,反应产物较硬,且芯部与边缘成分不同。氮气压力增大,产物的氮含量相应提高。通过系统试验,优化了工艺,并研制出了可生产不同C/N比的Ti(C,N)粉末的稳定的生产工艺。

Abstract:The technology of producing Ti(C,N) powders by Self-propagating High-temperature Synthesis(SHS)was studied.The effects of the purity and particle sise of the reactant,the C content and the N_2 pressure on the SHS process and the properties of products was investigated in detail. The batch production test was done and the result indicate:The high quality Ti (C,N) powders can been made by SHS technology;The equipment is simple,the energy consume is low and the productivityis high.
