摘    要:研究了在不加络合剂条件下,在高钨低钼酸性体系中N263(氯化三烷基甲胺)萃取分离钨钼的性能,考察了单级分离过程中各因素对分离效果的影响,实验表明单级萃取分离钨钼效果较好,在料液含WO3浓度为60 g/L、Mo浓度为2.0 g/L,溶液pH=6,有机相中配比为15%N263+10%仲辛醇,相比O/A=1,振荡时间为10 min的条件下,βWO3/Mo的值为28.2。但钨钼交换分离性能差,随着交换次数的进行交换分离系数不断减小,甚至达到βWO3/Mo<1,导致串级萃取不能有效分离钨钼。因此不加络合剂条件下由胺类萃取剂N263深度分离钨钼至今仍未实现有效分离。

Abstract:The ability of extraction separation of tungsten and molybdenum by N263 in the acidic solution containing high concentration of tungsten and low concentration of molybdenum was studied under the condition without complexing agent.Further more,the factors which impact the separation effect in the single stage extraction were investigated.The experiments show that,the separation effect of tungsten and molybdenum is preferable when the solution has a concentration of 60 g/L WO3 and 2.0 g/L of Mo with the condi...
