传统硬质合金晶粒生长抑制机理面临的挑战及其突破途径

摘    要:介绍了传统硬质合金晶粒生长抑制机理-吸附机理与溶解度机理所面临的挑战以及硬质合金晶粒生长抑制机理研究的突破途径。指出,VC+Cr3C2+Ln(稀土)新型高效晶粒生长复合抑制剂的开发与V-Cr-Ln自润滑功能基元的最新发现为硬质合金晶粒生长抑制机理研究与功能导向高性能超细硬质合金研发提供了获得重要突破的可能,抑制剂掺杂硬质合金烧结过程中合金组元之间的溶解与界面偏析协同行为研究是晶粒生长抑制机理、合金强韧化机理以及稀土掺杂硬质合金服役过程中稀土定向迁移机理研究的关键环节与亟待解决的重要科学问题。同时也介绍了抑制剂掺杂硬质合金烧结过程中合金组元之间溶解与界面偏析协同行为的研究方法与研究意义。

Abstract:Challenges to conventional theory of grain growth inhibition of cemented carbides,i.e.adsorption and dissolubility mechanism,and approach for the breakthrough,are introduced.It is pointed out that the development of VC+ Cr3C2+Ln(rare earth) composite grain growth inhibitor and the discovery of V-Cr-Ln self lubricating group have shed new light on the breakthrough of the mechanism study of grain growth inhibition of cemented carbide and the development of function-oriented ultrafine cemented carbide with high properties.The research on the dissolution synergy behavior and interface segregation synergy behavior among the constituents in VC-Cr3C2-Ln doped cemented carbide can provide new insights for the mechanism of the grain growth inhibition,strengthening and toughening mechanism,as well as the directional migration of Ln atoms in the service process of the cemented carbide.In the mean while,the research method of dissolution synergy behavior and interface segregation synergy behavior,and the importance for the research are also introduced.
